FOC has been involved with all manner of applications which require different levels of support for fibre, copper, coaxial and rack products. The Technical and Consultancy service is available to our entire customer base anywhere in the world.

Technical Support

Some of FOC's customers have little in the way of technical knowledge and therefore require technical support to help them design and plan a solution leading on to installation, termination, testing and even training. We also cater for customers who are more familiar with fibre, copper and rack products and who may only require product details and pricing information.

Consultancy

FOC can provide telephone or on-site consultancy to help with network design, site layout, installation scheduling and any other technical aspect of fibre, copper, coax and rack products. Whatever your requirement, call us in the first instance. It may save you a lot of time and effort and what's more save you money.

Installation

FOC provide on-site installation service, termination and testing on request. This service now extends to fibre, copper, coax and rack products.

Special Products

Our long involvement with specialist products has given FOC a broad knowledge base and wide range of facilities to design and custom build special products to a customer's specification.
